Assets ID missing in the FA Module

Hi All,

The strangest thing happen, We lost an Asset ID in the FA Module for one of our Assets. This Asset was set up a year ago and has been depreciating for 12 month, so its not new. Has this ever happen to anyone else and how did you fix it?

Hello,

You will need to update the Asset ID in the FA00100 to correct this issue.

Were you able to fix this using the table? If yes, what exactly did you do?

I just had this happen to one of our assets today. One minute the ID number was there - the next minute it was gone!
