Standard labels are not reflecting in D365.

Hi every one I am facing some label issues. In my requirement the standard labels are not displaying it's the text of the label that is showing. The issue is not for all the labels but for only some. We have done full build, full sync , iisreset and cache clear but still no result . We are using version 10.0.4 and PU28. You can see the below snippet for reference.

Does any one know the exact reason for this and is there any work around for it.

Thanks in advance.

Actually what you see is not a label anymore, it's a label id that's stored in the Description field of the address purpose. You can see it in Organization administration - Global address book - Address and contact information purpose

Could you check if you see these same label ids also there? If yes, I think this is a problem that has happened during the initial setup of the system. During the setup, I would assume that the system generates the default address purposes and their descriptions, which should come from the labels. But in your case there was some glitch and it did not use the label text, instead the label id. I think I've seen it a couple of times as well. You can fix the situation by replacing the label ids with actual text.

You can find the description texts of the default purposes here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/set-up-address-and-contact-information-purposes#predefined-purposes

    Hi Neetha,

    Please refer to the thread:

    community.dynamics.com/.../labels-not-all-showing-correct

Try to run the DirDataPopulation::populateDirData() method.
