I was referring to the AZURE ACTIVE DIRECTORY APPLICATIONS within Dynamics 365 FO. Please navigate to the below URL in your environment.

Can you check the event viewer for POS and store server (if using RSSU). I hope you have configured the identity providers in Retail shared parameters and Azure Active directory configuration for retailssuser?
