Hi. We have created a word-based report for the printing of sales shipments. We've added a back-order quantity to the form and have found that this value is not always accurate. Example - sales order created for a quantity of 6. We ship 4. The sales shipment reports shows ordered qty = 6, shipped = 4, back-order qty = 2. This is correct. When we subsequently ship the remaining qty of 2, the sales shipment report shows ordered qty = 6, shipped = 2, back-ordered qty = 4. This is obviously not correct. We need to be able to have the "quantity already shipped" value available as a field to put into the sales shipment form. Unfortunately this field does not seem to be available in the form design. Question is ... are we able to view, change , add-to the list of field objects available to the word-based report designer? If so, how do we do it? If not, are there any suggestions for resolving this matter? Cheers. James
