Spanish Localization - Tax

Hi, 

One of our customers in Europe has a question related to Spanish localization. Spanish government is requesting companies to apply new rules for Tax declaration named as SII-SUMINISTRO INMEDIATO DE INFORMACIÓN. Basically, the companies will have to send data through XML files regularly.

 

We need to understand if this is included in the standard Dynamics AX Spanish localization or not. I could not see any reference to this in the Microsoft Dynamics Localization Portal/ CustomerSource – Spain report.

It seems we would need to customize it. Can anyone share more insights about it.

    Hi Vaibhav,

    The localization portal might not have all features listed. You can create a Spanish company and see if it is there. If there are some Spanish community members reading this, they will be able to directly answer your question.

    AS far I know, that legal report is not yet live, is optional and is in tests. It will be only mandatory to deliver 2017.  Right now, you must deliver the following VAT Reports

    340 (libros registro),

    347 (operaciones con terceros) y

    390 (resumen annual )

    After that date, those reports will be dropped and replaced by the XML report.

    Just an additional information, I have checked with a local Spanish accountant and also, from his understating , that will report will only go live in 2017 by local authorities. I didn’t validated in AX, but I have my doubts that report is implemented in AX.
