When I click on an email link in Dynamics Sales Professional (say in a Search listing of leads), it tries to open the Outlook program which I have removed from my PC. So I just get a series of dialog boxes I have to click out of to escape.
Instead, I would like it to open Outlook on the web (OWA). Is there a way to do this?

Hello.
I think it will be easier to access the site by setting Outlook Web Access Your Default Mail Client.
I managed to do this partially by setting the default handler in my chrome browser to go to outlook.office.com. I did this from the URL chrome://settings/handlers. Now when I click on an email link in Dynamics Sales Professional, some emails get routed to OWA. But, in other parts of Dynamics, it still tries to open outlook
