I am facing a strange error, i am having more than 1000 of PR among them 4 to 5 PR status were in the stage of CLOSED. Can anyone help me how to change its status to APPROVED?

Hello Ananda,
why do you want to Change the Status of it? Actually if the pr is closed, you can not do anything with it anymore.
Normally a PO was already created out of it for example.
There is no function which Supports changing of the Status, only if you cancel the pr.
If you Need same pr again, use the copy function.

I know, once PR get closed we cannot do anything. But in my scenario, i have more than 1000 of PR but only 4 to 5 PR was on the CLOSED status
I got one solution but in that i created PR, and with the help of released approve PR option i created PO, at that time the PR gets closed. But in that case there won't be RFQ against that particular PR.
But in my clients environment, there is PR, RFQ, and PO.
The main reason for caring this is we have a customization, like if the PR is not in the approved status then the PO cannot be Confirmed.
