Customer card took 10mins to export to excel

Hi I have a strange issue.

Number of customer cards: 9000 records.

2 servers, 1 NAV 1 SQL.

  • Send customer card to excel with filters took less than 2 mins
  • Send to excel without filter took 10 mins.
  • Send to excel on NAV server without filter took less than 2 mins

User computer will show not responding for 10mins. until saving to location promt appears.

    Hi Thank you, how can I check on the page listing which are flow fields? I have also tried reducing the page to only a few field columns for export. It lags too. Server has 8GB ram and SQL has 32GB. Thank you.

    Hi Thank you for the reply. I have check again that NAV server, SQL server and user client have firewall already turned off as part of our domain policies. So firewall may not be the issue. Thank you.

    Did you customize that page to add fields? sometimes when it has flowfields it takes longer to export.

    Hi,

    This may be due to the firewall. Try to turn off the firewall in the server still, the problem exists uninstall firewall using Powershell.
