Hi

I want to know if there is any way to check who is logged in as user in NAV.  And if there is a procedure to force log out all the user?

    If you want to check active session please go to the development environment and open active session object, it will show you how many users are connected.

    For Auto Kill Idle Session.. please check the below link.
