Good morning. Our customer owns Advanced Picking (on their module list in keys and have extended pack) for GP18. We checked the box to register Advanced Picking and the menu is there under Sales > Setup and we setup all sites as "both". Closed out of GP then back in (as 'sa' each time) and we do not have the Sales > Cards > Picking Instructions, or the Sales > Cards > Process Instructions menus like we do in our local GP18 test Fabrikam install.
Are we missing a step to get this setup? The customer needs this to print instructions on their picking tickets but we cannot get the menu to appear. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
Is anyone familiar with setting up advanced picking so the picking instructions show up under Sales Cards?
Does anyone have any insight into this? Can't get advanced picking to show. Any help is appreciated!

Have you made sure the 'Advanced Picking" module is checked in the system registration ?
Administration >> Setup >> System >> Registration
If this is checked, have you gone thru the Advanced picking setup ?
Sales >> Setup >> Advanced Picking Setup
Sales >> Cards >> Process Instructions
Sales >> Cards >> Picking Instructions
PS: simply use the "Help about this Window" when in any of the Advanced Picking forms and you'll get detailed instructions
Thank you, Be'at! I did try all of those. I went back and unmarked/saved then back in and marked again in registration to be sure. I do get the Advanced Picking setup window, setup their two main sites to individual and say yes to roll down to all items. But the problem is the last two menu items do not ever appear (Process Instructions or Picking Instructions under Sales > Cards).
I do have them in my local install with Fabrikam. I had thought maybe multi-bin had to be enabled, but my Fabrikam does not have that and i can setup advanced picking there.
So the mystery is why after checking in registration and going in the Adv Picking setup I do not get the two setup windows in Sales > Cards in my customers install. Very strange.
They do have a test company so i am willing to try any suggestions!
I wanted to add that i am logged into GP as 'sa' and on the machine as an admin.
