We have a requirement where a client needs to open menu items in new tab or window from top ribbon. Any help on this is appreciable

Thanks for the reply. This is already done. We need a functionality that from Top Ribbon under Workspace Section if I click Sales, than it should open in new tab or window.
We are in Services --> Case page from there on top if I select Sales and the Sub menu opens on move over. If I select the Leads option, it should open lead entity form in new window or tab. Focus of current page should remain on Services--> Case page.
Any help on this would be really appreciable.
