Is Microsoft offering an update that will in turn load in all the necessary states and sales tax information due to the Nexus change?
Or do we have to do this manually within the General Ledger> Sales Tax codes and Sales Tax Groups

Hi,
It depends. If you use an add on for your taxes or made a modification then updates to tax codes can automatically imported and applied. If you use the standard application then this requires a manual update.
