Technician work total cost calculation

Object is 200 km far away, at the moment when the technician has already traveled 100 km, the client called and said that the work must be rescheduled for another day.
What booking status should the technician mark in this case?


If he chooses the CANCELED status, then the booking journal will not be created and the technician will not receive payment for the time he spent on the road.

    I think it depends on the business process.

    If you need the cost calculation to happen then you should just set the booking status as completed (Maybe create a new Work Order Substatus to highlight that the work order was rescheduled).

    Then create a secondary booking for the rescheduled date?
