Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform capability

My Company has Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform capability globally.  The MSD365 CRM platform is integrated with data lake, core banking and marketing platform.  However, currently internal CRM users have to login to multiple different app UX and the CRM journeys are not connected.  we want to build a global internal staff portal to consolidate all CRM capabilities, app UX and journeys.kindly guide on the steps to be taken and also help on the tools that will be involved
