Hey,

I set up a company and want to copy it but without the transaction data. What are my options?

Thanks!

Using the configuration worksheet you can do what you want to do.

    Hi

you can make a new company and then import the data you want through configuration packages

Hey yzhums  thank you kindly for your answer. Seem overly complicated to me, doesn't it!  I will try it they way you proposed!

Hi, As far as I know there is no way to do this, the copy will only be an exact copy and does not give the user any options.

But when creating a new one, you can choose to include only the settings data.

Also, if you really only want to keep your setup data, you can use Configuration Package to export to Excel, then create an empty company, and then import.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
