Reason code input not Printing on POS receipt

Hi,

I´ve added a reason code prompting on a payment method in POS and the reason codes is prompting and I can add a text. But the written input is not adding to the POS receipt. What receipt field is suppose to display the reason code information?

Everything seems to be right if I look in the retail POS DB. The reason code information is added into the transaction in DB.

Version: AX2012R2CU7

Hello,

I am experiencing the same problem in R3 CU9.

The prompt text of the info code is printed on the receipt but not the input text that the cashier will be entering.

Any ideas?
