Project Operations (Lite Deployment) Task Transaction Category Pricing Not Working

Hi,
 
I am trying to use the project task transaction category for sales pricing, but the unit price is not populating in the project contract line detail.
As far as I know everything is correctly configured.
 
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this has wasted hours of time to try and figure out.
