hightlights error

When we attempt to generate a copilot summary for cases in Dynamics, we receive error /Something went wrong. Try refreshing/. The error is just a vague catch-all message.   I verified that the role has access to /View Audit History/ and /View Audit Summary/ privileges.   I do not have any issues generating summaries with my System Administrator role, which leads me to believe this is a permission issue. What am I missing?
