My supplier said to me that is it impossible to DELETE a company if I did different activities such as payments etcetera- Is it correct?
Is it possible - yes.
Are you sure you want to do it? - Think. You will not be able to rollback this operation.
You can delete company with transactions. However, be careful because there is no way to undo this.
I understand this to be incorrect. Using the copy company feature to trial out year end for example is a regular occurrence. The created company would then later be deleted. Given it would have been a copy of live it would have a lot of transactional data. This is the standard situation. Perhaps the partner has put in modifications though to stop the feature.
When you choose to delete a company it provides you with a confirmation message about whether you are sure. Some safe guard against deleting the actual live company.
