Can we check agents current presence in power automate flow before transferring chat to live agent?

    Actually what we have been told from Microsoft that if live agent does not respond to customer within timeout period then we cannot send customer any automated message and customer remain hang up unknowingly. So as a workaround for this we want to check statuses of live agents before transferring chat.
