When you want to create a new solution in visual studio for D365FO, there is a project type of type "Developer Tools Addin"
Have any one made any tools?
Is there a repository of tools ?

You can search the web for "dynamics 365 operations visual studio add in".
There is no repository for such a tools , You can find through web search only as Nickolaos already stated and mostly on github . One of the such a useful tool is add in to easy your development task like creating extensions , table relations etc. Take a look at below link.
