How to add tagging to CRM for Contacts

Hello everyone,

I have been using Dynamics CRM for about 2 years, and need some help figuring out how to add tagging to my Contact records, and possibly to Account records as well.

I have explored utilizing the Marketing Lists functionality, but was hoping to use tagging as it seems much faster and easier to implement.

Does anyone know if this is possible in Dynamics CRM?  Would you be able to send me click by click instructions on how to implement?

    Thank you for both these articles Akash.  I had read through one of them, but not the other.  Although the solution which involves adding an Entity works (and you can do this with the Marketing Lists entity), I was hoping for something which was less cumbersome and required less clicks for the end user.  I'm going to look into adding a multi-select option set field to the form.  Maybe the software allows this as an option now.
