Unit Cost field in POP entry Window works in different manner

Hi all,

I'm using GP2010. I used POP entry window for printing PO as pdf .The first time the unit cost field works properly. The second time when i give the unit cost field an amount(eg 1.12 ), it rounds off to the next tenth (eg.1.00).

Can any one help...

Shriram,

Are you printing the report to the window and then using the send to 'pdf'? Does this only happen when you print to .pdf?

If it is in the report just go to the report layout select the field have look at the format attached to the datatype of Unit Cost....but still worrying me is why it is showing correctly the first time.

Anyways have a look at this and confirm.

Hi guys thanks for your reply...

Its not in the report .Its in the Purchase order entry forms line scroll windows unit cost field. First time its working fine ,it is rounding to its nearest tenth for the second or third time. If i am giving 28.40,it is rounding to 28.0.

Is there any setup ,i have to change?

yes this window is customized but it just reads the unit cost.

What is your functional currency?

What is the Currency Decimal Places for US dollar?

Are you using MultiCurrency Management? If yes, What is the Item Currency & Item Currency Decimal Places(Cards-->Item-->Item Currency)?

Hi soma

My functional currency is usd

currency decimal places for usd is 2

item currency is isd

currency decimal places would be 2

Disable the customization(Tools-->Customize-->Customization Status) and then try again.

Note: If you problem is resolved after disabling the customization, please correct the customization code or contact the partner who made the customization.
