Shipment notes contact on address

Can someone confirm the ship to contact name on the posted shipment note cannot appended to the printed shipment note shipping address?
Whatever I try the ship to contact name is not added on the printout..
Means warehouse has to access BC to get the ship to contact name.

    The ship-to contact name may not be included in the printed shipment note by default due to how Business Central structures address fields in reports. If the contact name is missing, check the **report layout** and ensure that the correct field is mapped in the dataset. You may need to modify the **printed document layout** or use a custom report extension to include the contact name in the shipping address. Maybe this will give you a hint to resolve your issue.
