Does anyone know why I cannot change my primary email address within our tenant from the email address provided by Microsoft user@company.onmicrosoft.com to my business email address? I can change the email address ok for another user in the tenant and I have noticed that my colleague doesn't even have a primary email address setup so I can put anything in there too. It just seems to be my account that will not let me change the email address. The reason I need to do this is so that my user is available within the Flow Approval Assigned To field with my business email address and not user@company.onmicrosoft.com

It will not let me change it within AzureAD, it will only accept the default email address provided by Microsoft. All other users are fine if I update their email addresses to something else within AzureAD

Have you tried changing the email on AzureAD instead of on O365/Dynamics?
