No Recipient Found - Email Recipient control

Hi All,
 
I am trying to send an email from the Enhanced Email form configured with the 'Email Recipient' control. The 'From' address is configured with a queue email or contact email ID. I keep getting a pop-up saying 'No Recipient Found.'

Meanwhile, I am able to send emails from CRM using the old email form. This issue occurs only with the enhanced form.

Any help with this will be appreciated! Thank you!

    Hello,
     
    This error occurs when we try to send an email to a recipient who doesn't have an email address, i.e. if you are selecting a contact in “From”, check that the main email field is filled in (for this case it is emailaddress1, but it may be that for other tables it is another field).
