HI,

   I need to install a new ManagemenReporter Server, I have an active server... but I was trying to install the new server but I get this error:

Violation of primary key constraint 'PK_IntegrationSourceID?. CAnnot insert duplicated key in object

'Reporting.ControlConfiguredIntegration'. The duplicate key is (1).

The installation is Legacy.

Please help.

    We usually see this type of message if you have the MR services running on more than one machine.  For example, MR services are installed on Server A and connected to SQL Server A.  You attempt to install MR services on Server B and connect them to SQL Server A.  When you do this, you have two sets of MR services both connected to the same SQL data.  This causes a conflict and you end up with errors like this.  You'd need to stop the services on Server A, or uninstall them from that server, and only have them running on Server B.  Or if each set of MR services were connected to different SQL servers, it would work.

    Hi Greg, we found the problem, in our case the server was not resolving the name, we use the IP in the configuration and we finish ok.
