I'm trying to create the following targeting and wondered whether this is possible as I'm struggling to find a way to deliver this, either through a combination of segments, triggers or steps in a journey:
When X email has been sent within the last 72 hours
AND
When X web page has been visited within the last 48 hours
OR
X email link has been clicked within the last 24 hours
Is this possible in the system, either in Outbound, Real Time Marketing using segment criteria or triggers or journey steps (or a combination)?
Or is those sort of timeframes for interactions just not possible, it would be super helpful to know.

I think advanced lead scoring conditions can be used to fulfill your request: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/score-manage-leads
And it can be used for segment:
As you can see here you can use lead score flexibly, but you can't use it in journey.
