Business Process Flow Active Time increase after case closed

Posted on by 15

I got a strange question for Active Time in BPF on CRM on-premise 8.2. The BPF is on case (incident entity) and user close it without go through all the stages. The Active Time seems keep update it after the case closed.

Is this right OOB behaviour? Is there a way to stop it if a case is closed.

Thanks Amit for your reply but it is not the same. For my question, the Case is closed (resolved) however due to the stage is not go to the finish stage, it remain as Active and continue update to current time - case created date. I tried latest online 9.1 version and it is the same behaviour. It seems if the case is close before go through the BPF, it will consider as Active.

    Hello,

Can you add one more condition where you will compare the status of the case. so if specific status will meet then it will stop.
