Reportso basically im using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and there some task which we create for followups.
we open the task and zoom dailer side by side and call the person for follow up. after call ended we close the follow up and 1 task automatically created related to it something like call has been done to this person.
I wanna close the follow up task automatically and dont want the new task to be created.
We create the follow up task manually.
wanna know how is it possible to close the task automatically. like is possible to use power automation on the end call or is there any event on the call end through which i can get the task id and close it through code or any flow?
