Customise the Convert To Work Order functionality

How can we customise the fields that are pre-populated on the Work Order when using the Convert To Work Order from a Case.
 
For example, I have a text field on the Case that I would like to copy that text over to a field in the Work Order when converting.

    It is recommended that you create the following workflow, which is the simplest and most straightforward method I can think of.
     
    The effect is as follows, if the fields on the work order are not updated, please click the /Refresh/ button.
