Prevent user change the price in Sale order line

Dear all,

In my AX system, I set up the price corresponding to each customer by using "Price/discount agreement journal", but in sale order user can type the price manually. I want to prevent user type other price on field "Unit price" in sale order line, do you have any suggestion for this ?

It can not change the default price, but in my situation this solution can not help be cause the price base on customer and item number.

Ex: Cus A and Item B will have price: 36500

Cus C and Item B will have price: 37000

I don't have any way to stop user change the unit price in Sale order lines.

Hi

There is the 'Allow price adjust' functionality that Ievgen linked to, but it's only available (I think) if you have enabled Call center functionality. If you are not using Call center, I don't think there is anything to restrict users from editing a price on the order line, but I'm sure you could restrict access to price fields using security roles, if you have the possibility to customise them.
