physical date vs stock date.

In stock transaction we have two dates:
physical date - the date on witch the item where received
and
stock date.

What is the diffirence between this two dates? Witch date is taking into account when prepare stock value report.

Hi,

Physical date is the receipt or shipment date.

Stock date is the registration or pick date.

Stock value report will use physical date.

Hello SI-H K,

To me this looks like something that has either been modified or is part of a localization package.

I don't see this in my machine.

Do you have a developer / technical expert around who has probably more information about that field and what it is used for?

Use the en-GB language to display the stock date field.

Maybe change your user language to en-us. Might make it easier because you could avoid translation issues that confuse somebody like me :-D
