Have you tried to compile AOT and Generate Full CIL.? This might help at times.

I'm not very sure though, you can try the following options and see if that helps,

    1. Make sure the AOS service account has proper access rights to the server folder,

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\

    2. If you have any antivirus software running in your machine, try to add AX service in the exception list. (or you can disable it for sometime and see if that resolves the issue)

    3. Have a Look at the below thread and see if that helps,

    Hi Lee,

On Lifecycle services there is a crash and hung analysis tool. You can try to use this to find the culprit. Anyway you can try to install the latest available kernel build.

    http://aka.ms/axbuild

If this does not help you can create a support ticket for Microsoft.
