    Hi Pramudita,

What version of AX are you working on? I haven't tried just cleaning blind-closed shifts, but there is a general cleanup job on this link you might find it useful -> blogs.msdn.com/.../ax-for-retail-manage-data-cleanup-task-in-pos-database.aspx

    Kind regards,

    Josip

    Hi Pramudita,

    Sorry for the late reply.

The ended shifts are in the RETAILPOSBATCHTABLE on the Store database.

The current active shift are in the RETAILPOSBATCHSTAGINGTABLE which is where you will see your blind close shifts aswell. Those will have the value "3" in the status field. Along with deleting the shift you should also delete the related transactions aswell which I haven't tried yet.

    Hope this was helpfull.

    Kind regards,

    Josip

    Hi Pramudita,

There is a table for all the number sequences on the POS, its called POSSEEDVALUES. For shifts they have a TypeID=7. You just have to find your terminal in that table and reset the value to 1.

    Kind regards,

    Josip
