We require to create a new workspace landing page that can be added as the initial page in user option preferences. This does not appear to be achievable via UI?

I received a link to your screenshots. You could have added the same link here as well to share your screenshots. Via the option 'Use rich formatting', you can add embedded screenshots on this forum.
It looks like you want to have the default dashboard, but with limited tiles only. You explained it by starting with an empty dashboard and add tiles. It is possible for business users to set security permissions, so they will only see the workspaces part of their security permissions. System administrators can use the standard personalization option to hide the elements which are not required. Business users can do the same if they e.g. need only 4 out of the 5 workspaces which are part of their security role(s).

Hi Andre, Many thanks again. I followed the following steps:
1. from default dashboard opened workspace "Bank Management
2. In Options selected add to startup pages
3. In My preferences changed my initial page to "Bank Management" and confirm it worked successfully
4. I require to :
a. See the startup page showing the tile instead of opening the workspace directly
b. Add as a tile (for example) Free Text Invoices . This is available as a tile but when I selected it initial page still opens directly into Bank Management Workspace.
Is this possible?

Adding tiles to an existing workspace is a different question. This is a standard feature. However, this is not supported for all forms. When it is supported, you can go to the option tab and choose 'Add to workspace'. Then you can choose if you want to add it as a tile, list or link. Currently, in my test environment this option is greyed out for the vendor details.
Hi Andre, I took a look and if I undestand correctly in its current state you can only have 1 workspace in the newly created initial page. This is great but in most situations a user would want multiple workspaces to be available. Is there a way to achieve this. Taking your example I currently have a new initial page called Project Management which opens the workspace Project Management Workspace. If I want to add a new tile to this workspace (say vendor details) how do I add it to the new initial page as a tile? Thanks again
