Requesting Data from Dynamics 365 not loading

Hi,

We just upgraded one of our environment to Dynamics 365 but now when we click on a record the page does not load, it is being stuck saying "Requesting data from Dynamics 365" and never load.

Looking at the Console on Chrome (F12) I see the following error message:

management.azure.com/.../objec…e908-48c5-a0db-3ea418aa72d5/userSettings/d365portal?api-version=2016-11-01 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Failed to load user preferences Error getting d365prod-sdk.azureedge.net/assets/MASTER-1.0.5.1971/client/dist/sdk.js?v=MASTER-1.0.5.1971:55 Failed to load user preferences Error getting user settings:
{"error":{"code":"NonExistentSettingGroup","message":"The setting group 'd365portal' does not exist."}}

Does anyone know what that mean?

Seems to work after restarting my machine several times.
