Hi,
after the clean installation of Dynamics 365 on-premises version 9.0.14.12 we noticed that Sales HUB does not appear. After researching in Dynamics forums, we found a few explanations that were actually not helpful for us. Therefore we need pls your help regarding the installation of Sales HUB on the on-premises server.

I do understand your pain here and would really like to resolve this issue. Can you please try to access this site - support.microsoft.com/.../plan and check if it allows you to create a support ticket ? If not, I have a sent a message to you about how we can move forward on this.

Can you try to submit the ticket through this site - https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/support/referrals/servicerequests/create and let me know if it still fails ?
If you are getting error while accessing the link, I would request you to open a support ticket with Microsoft and we can help you in providing the solution exe that needs to be installed and will check as well, if there is anything else that needs to be troubleshoot to fix the issue.
