In Nav 2016, the Customer Statement Report 10072 doesn't provide the option to save as PDF. in the Output Method field, it default to "0", whatever it means and does not let you change it to anything other than 0.  I noticed after clicking OK when running report 10072, it will print it to whatever you have selected as your default printer.

In the other format, Report 116, it provides a drop down list in the Report Output section where you can select Print, Preview, Word, PDF, Email, or XML.

My question is this:

Why do I not have the option to print report 10072 to pdf or word or excel or preview it like I can pretty much any other report in Nav 2016?  Is this a bug?  Should I have a print button at the bottom like I do with all other reports or should report 10072 have the drop down like report 116 where I can select Print, Preview, Word, PDF, email, or XML?

Fix is available in CU 14

381259 The Print to Word option is missing for the Customer Statement report. Sales COD 2

I think issue is with codeunit 2, you could check that particular object.

Thank you Neil.  Do you know if this bug was fixed by Microsoft already or is it an outstanding bug that Microsoft has not fixed yet?

Hi. Yes a bug. You should see the options as per report 116. Either escalate to your Dynamics Nav Partner or go and fix in development environment on report 10072. Neil
