What is the relationship between accessmode and caltype attributes in systemuser entity ?

I'm trying to update system user records in dynamics using web apis , but not able to understand the relation between them.Also when we want to create a system user record , accessmode and caltype are required attributes.

Hi,

AccessMode is type of user, and caltype is license type of user

There is no direct relationship between them , they express different information of users

Hi,

It is not a best practice to create user record directly in CRM.

It is always recommended to create user from portsl.office.com and that inturn sync user records in CRM 365.
