Now that Copilot conversation summary is enabled how can I access the bulk data? Is it stored in our dataverse tables? If so which one?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Partner,
The Microsoft documentation does not indicate whether any tables exist in the Dataverse to store the data.
If you indeed need confirm it, I suggest you follow the steps below to create a ticket for the Microsoft Support team for further assistance.

I have requested support and initial feedback is that it is not available by design. However the support engineer is seeking feedback from the Product group to see if it can be achieved. i will post back here with the response.
    Thanks

Does anyone have any updates from the MS support team?
I'd like to export the Case Summary and Conversation Summary of closed cases.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to create a support request.

To access bulk CoPilot conversation summary data:
    1. The data is stored in the ConversationTranscript table in the Dataverse. You can view and export the conversation transcripts from the Power Apps portal.
    2. Sign in to https://www.powerapps.com with your credentials.
    3. In the Power Apps navigation menu, select Dataverse, and then select Tables.
    4. Select All and type "conversation" in the Search textbox at the upper-right corner.
    5. Select the ConversationTranscript table.
    6. Select Export, and then select Export data. It may take a few minutes for the data to be compiled for export.
    7. Select Download exported data to download the content as a zipped archive.
However, the Microsoft documentation does not indicate whether any tables exist in the Dataverse to store the bulk CoPilot conversation summary data. If you need further assistance, it's recommended to create a support ticket with the Microsoft Support team

This is currently not possible. In order to achieve this you would have to custom build this today. This would be possible by using power automate and azure open ai to generate a summary of the conversation once completed and storing the results in a custom table.
