Quote to update Opportunity in Sales Hub - the new mystery button

Something appeared in my practise area in the last day or so......ability to update the original opportunity from a quote. We have been doing this by PA recently but looks like MS have released something.....I can guess what it does, but I can't find any setting to turn it on /:slightly_smiling_face:/ Anyone managed to turn it on yet please?

    Hi,

Regarding your question about the "Update Opportunity" button appearing on the Quote Card in Dynamics 365 Sales

Our team made a series of tests, including creating a new Quote, editing an already existing Quote, using another test environment, etc., but none of them were able to reproduce your situation.
So, could you please tell us the version of Dynamics 365 Sales app you are using? This will help us to solve the problem better!

Also, if you are really sure that this is a button and you want to know what it does, we recommend you to use Ribbon Workbench, a tool that allows you to make changes to Dynamics 365 buttons or customize your buttons.

As an example, as shown in the figure, we can see some information about the Active button, such as the command invoked, display rule, enable rule, etc.

For more information about using Ribbon Workbench, please refer to the following link.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
