Relation between Table 83 & Table 32

Sir,

I want to segregate the ILE table records which are created from the Item Journal Screen(from a particular Journal Template Name & Journal Batch Name).

Suppose I'm using Journal Template Name "JTN" & Journal Batch Name as "JBN" to create Item Journal & then post them to ILE.

How to find those entries from ILE table ??

Only I have found the "Journal Batch Name" in Item Register Table & its relation with the ILE table. There is no evidence found of "Journal Template Name" in any of them Tables.

Kindly Share your value opinion on that matter ?

    Hi

    on the Item registers you can find the "From Entry No." & "To Entry No." which will help you to get the ILEs , check the Item ledger action / function on the Item registers

    Hi,

    With item journal template there is a source code attached and this source code is flow to value entry, GL entry , Item register and G/L register table along with the batch name so if you want to filter the records which are post by item journal with specific batch name then you can filter it with source code and batch name field.

    Thanks to all,

    My Journal Batches have some identical field value from it I can segregate the Value entry table (with Journal Batch Name) and from value entry table I can also find the related ILE records.

    Hi,

    Entries Posted through item journal can by filtering the following in ILE & Value entry

    1) Batch Name from Value Entry

    2) Entry Type from ILE & Ledger entry type in Value Entry
