Error facing while reactivating a case

Experts, I am facing below error while reactivating case in customer services. We are using system logic to reactivate a closed / resolved case and it is not custom. I also tried to deactivate and reactivate the corresponding SLA but still no luck..

Any idea on this error?

    I had faced the same issue in past this mostly occurs due to the SLA attached with the case.

    Deactivate the SLA & try to reactivate the case.

    What's system logic you mentioned?

    You are using the 'Reactive Case' button?

    Maybe you need check status of all workflows related to the case, active all.
