How to manage landed cost in Ax 2012 R2

Does anybody know how to manage landed cost in AX 2012 R2 ?

    Landed cost is generally called Purchase overhead and is setup in the Cost sheet.  You can create rules against the Cost sheet weight based node.  Unfortunately AX 2012 is bugged such that rules for a single item (i.e. Table rules) do not function.  This can be easily fixed and I've posted some hints in another thread.  In our case, we use the vendor on the Purchase order as the rule, so we extended the enumeration to allow for higher level grouping.
