Hi all,

I met an error below when open excel file. FYI, I had installed Jet Essential in my computer. Does anyone have any suggestion solution?

    This error caused by an issue with the Settings.xml file.

    Thus, need to go to the AppData folder

    (Open windows explorer and type %Appdata% in the address bar),

    Open the Jet Reports subfolder.

    Delete the activation.token and the settings.xml files then reactivate Jet.

    I am getting The object reference is not on an instance of an object set error when running Excel/Jet Report. Is this solution solve the issue?
