Word Document image Issue.

I created a new company and added the new company image in the template config screen but when I print the report in the new company it has the original company image. What am i missing or what can i check. Its seems to be ingoing what is selected in the window. Thank in advance for any help provided.

Hello T.Shooter.

If the image is assigned correctly in the Template Configuration, then i would look at the template itself to see if the image is on the Template directly.

Open the Report Template Maintenance.

In the Report Name Drop Down, locate the modified template in question.

Select and click Modify to open it in a word document.

On the word document, do you see the image?

If yes, then the image is directly on the Template, try removing it or adding the new image.

Bring the new template i and set security.

Test if it now prints the new image.
