Hello,
I am using virtual entity in Power automate to trigger email but It is triggering the flow. Does anyone what is the reason? I tried manual flow but still it is not working however only working for create event.

The virtual entity does not support change tracking. It means you can only use create an event in Power automate or Logic Apps.

In this case, how can we trigger the information? Can we use business events for this purpose?
