I am struggling with an issue here when a couple users try to edit an specific PO/SO, then AX freezes for seconds and the connection closes. The workaround to fix this bug is to go to Options > Usage Data > filter everything related to "purch" or "sales" and Delete those records (Alt+F9).
It works for a several hours/days, but then it happens again. I know sometimes it may cause the problem but users more often edit the grid to help their work, personalizing some columns. This is odd because repeating the same process with another user it doesn't happen.
We use Microsoft AX 2012 R3 here by Citrix Receiver, and checking all Event Logs while this error messages happens, we couldn't find any possible cause for this.
I've been testing this option these days, but it's still crashing. I think since this option did not worked by functional way, I don't want to add to developer's queue this option to change the code.
Going to track the user in SQL Profiler and I will post here the results.

We have faced similar issue few days back with different form ,The Root cause for this issue could be ,all the fast tabs are open in form ,
if all the tabs in the PO/SO form are open ,then it will take time to fetch the data from tables ,which causes AX to freeze/Crash ,As the users work on this form regularly ,they eventually open all the Fast tabs but forget to minimize them .
The workaround will be Inform the users to minimize the fast tabs after they done updating/Viewing ,or ask Developers to fix in code like minimize all the tabs while opening form every time form gets open.
