Hi guys,
I am looking for input to the best use (sub)campaigns related to a (main)campaign.
My case is this:
I work in a nonprofit organization. We have 1000 monthly donors (number just for example purposes). I am planning a campaign called "Upgrades 2021". In this campaign I want to contact all our monthly donors and ask them to increase their payment amount.
I have exported our 1000 donors and want to segment these into 3 groups:
Now, when our callcenter returns with donor answers, I need to know the total number of donors who accepted raising their payment amount AND I need to know the number of donors who accepted within each group.
I want to solve this task by creating a main campagin called "Upgrades 2021" and 3 (sub)campaigns called "Group 1", "Group 2" and "Group 3". I will then relate the main campaign to the 3 (sub)campaigns. Afterwards I will import the results to each subcampaign.
By this setup, I am able to search for all donors related to the main campaign that "Accepted" the request while I am also able to search for donors related to group 1.
In this scenario I only have 3 subcampaigns but I will potentially have a whole lot more (maybe 20 subcampaigns in 2021)
I am fairly new to CRM, so I may oversee potential flaws in my setup. Could you help me with a thumbs up or down in my solution?
